The best time to schedule an entertainment ultrasound is between 27-29 weeks. Please call in advance to assure you are scheduled within the timeframe.

Do I need a doctor's order?

No, this is an elective way to see the baby before birth. The session is not covered by insurance and it does not take the place of the diagnostic exam ordered by the OB/GYN/health care provider.

How accurate is ultrasound at determining the baby's sex?

At 16 weeks and older, ultrasound is approximately 89-99% accurate in determining fetal gender.

Pre-session tips and tricks you can do to get better pictures of the baby :

  • Drink plenty of water for three days prior to the appointment so you are well hydrated.
  • Have something to eat right before your appointment to try and increase baby’s activity for your session.
